Now apart from a certain "friendly" Cycle Speedway match a year or three back, I've made a point of maintaining my little creation as a purely recreational, fun-seeking setup. I did look forward to dying with it in that same state. Now, however, we've so many members (relatively speaking) who've actually taken part in MTB competitions or events that discussions are now taking place as to when and where, not if, we shove a team into something silly.

Following the latest Committee meeting here
on Thursday 3rd January 2008 we are now officially looking for interested
parties to take part in one or a few team competitions to represent the Club.
The dates and venues below suggest a few possibilities, thanks to Steve B for sending a list.

As of Thursday 8th May we now have Team 1, MidAirCrisis One, and it consists of:
Steve B, Terry H, Tim B and Jason K.
And now we have Team 2 aswell, at last:
Steve W, Kevin B (Tim's Dad!), Ian A (the Speedian) and Terry K (Gollum).
