Disaster befalls MAC star yet again! (Deja Vu?)
Twelve months to the day after his horendous collar bone break in Hollywell Dene, Mick's anniversary ride turns sour yet again with another catastrophic failure. Fortunately this time it was his bike that gave up the ghost half a mile from the finish!
Disaster Number Two (Nocturnal Numpty)
We gathered in the Dene, in the snow, to pay homage at the site of Mick's Misfortune only for our Paul to attempt the very same stunt as Mick did a year earlier, with the unsurprising result that he also went A over T in very similar fashion, and also landed on his left shoulder as Mick had, but fortunately escaped with his bone intact. There's a moral there somewhere!
Disaster Number Three (Gormless Gollum)
Back at the Cave at the end of the ride, Mick requested his goggles which he'd left in the garage. Tough! Gormless Gollum had lost not only his garage key and a few others, but also the Club Mobe! An unzipped zip pocket the probable culprit.
