Sunday Sept 18th and only John and Terry on this one, with Jason and Andy doing the Great North Run and David having a sore elbow. (He's a banker). All we did was a 20 mile loop of the area between our two homes on a beautiful, hot afternoon. It gave Skeletor a chance to try out his new toy - a heart rate monitor. Now that was interesting! I should really be dead now.
